Yeah, haven’t had much to type about since I’ve been focusing on healing and work for the most part.  I might come up with something to actually post about in the next few days.  If it will be good is up to my 2 total readers really but oh well.  Back to the grind at the office.

So far so good.  No pain and I can talk almost 100% normal again.  Still on liquid diet just in case.  Figured I’d do that for a full week before I attempt anything else.  Here’s hoping a speedy recovery!  I could really go for a hamburger right now!

As of yesterday, I had my wisdom teeth pulled.  It was a rather quick process.  Took 20 mins actual operation time and that was it.  I spend the rest of the day with rotations of gauss in my mouth and sipping water and meds.  Today I don’t feel too bad and haven’t taken any more pain meds except the penicillan since I do need that just in case.  A few days of down time and I should be almost 100%.

After a little bit of fiddling around and what not, I now have my Team Fortress 2 server(Grim Ends) setup most of the way I want it.  I’m still working on a good map rotation and I was considering a day of the week based map type rotation.  For instance, say Mondays could be arena map night, Tuesday ctf, Wednesday capture point, etc.  I think it would be fun.  Currently I’m working with Sourcemod to add some additional admin/reserved player slots to the server because I think my friends should have priority on my server.  Sourcemod has a few nice features and in concept, it reminds me of the old Tribes 1 and 2 admin frontends except without the nice GUI.

I hope to have all these goodies fully operational sometime next week.  This weekend I only have 1 off day so I will actually be working on this site and another project or 2 for myself.

So after an epic fail of my funny yet easily foiled addon to prevent spam by using a math question before someone or something can post, I have found a captcha related plugin that should solve the bot issue.  Take that eyeless bot, hah!

And for added bonus, since I’m a registered user with a login, I don’t have to go through the captcha security so I can freely post replies without the check as long as I’m already logged in!  Spiffy!

After a recent visit to the dentist, it has come to my attention I need to have my wisdom’s pulled.  I did a little talking to my best friend since he had his done and it shouldn’t be that big of a deal to have done.  Everyone else I spoke to just simply scared the be-jesus out of me about it.  My teeth aren’t crooked or rotten so it shouldn’t be that bad of a procedure.  It’s the amount of time for healing that kind of sucks but better that than a future problem that would suck at an older age.
